“Ah! Portraiture, portraiture with the thought, the soul of the model in it, that is what I think must come.”- Vincent Van Gogh
Before I began diving into the world of photography, my foundations were rooted in concerts. I started off operating an Instagram concert page called "Concert Cornerstore", where I would attend hip hop concerts and record clips on my IPhone 5C. This would eventually progress into me purchasing my first DSLR and I would continue to capture content. Unlike conventional methods of conventional concert photographers, I would place my self within the chaos of these shows. Through the countless moshpits, hard elbows and sweaty nights, I realized that I was living in a new era of music and it is the setting of concerts were youth of all walks of life can truly be themselves and create unforgettable moments. This part of my origins as a photographer is what I cherish the most and I've decided to share these moments. "Ragin' Youth" encapsulates a moment in time for many. A coming of age where, the fearless and careless attitude begins to shift towards the end of one's teenage years but prior to the crossroads of responsibilities, that peak of heightened excitement and energy is released, ultimatley captured in these atmospherese.
